Oklahoma City Thunder wing Jalen Williams won't return to Wednesday's Game 2 clash against the San Antonio Spurs due to left hamstring tightness.

Williams returned to the lineup for Game 1 of the West finals after missing the previous six contests because of a left hamstring strain. The one-time All-Star was getting treatment after exiting, according to ESPN's Tim MacMahon.

Williams had four points and two steals in seven first-quarter minutes before the Thunder ruled him out.

Cason Wallace started in Williams' place to begin the second half.

Williams had a strong performance in Game 1, posting 26 points, seven boards, three assists, one steal, and one block in 37 minutes. He also served as Victor Wembanyama's primary defender in the series opener.
